Milfstub Compliance & Safety Policy (Summary)
At Milfstub, we take user safety and legal compliance seriously. Here’s how we handle content and verification:
- We don’t produce content: Milfstub is a hosting and sharing platform. Content is uploaded by independent creators (“Verified Uploaders”), not by us.
- Who keeps the records: Under U.S. law (18 U.S.C. § 2257), the responsibility for maintaining age and consent records belongs to the content producers. If you need information about a specific video, please reach out directly to the Verified Uploader.
- Verified Uploaders only:
- All uploaders must be at least 18 years old (or older if required by their country).
- Before they can post, they go through ID checks and verification by Milfstub.
- What uploaders must confirm before posting:
- Everyone appearing in the video is at least 18 (or the local legal minimum age).
- Everyone consented to participate and agreed to the upload.
- They follow Milfstub’s Terms of Service, including strict rules against child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and non-consensual content.
- They are responsible for keeping all required records and must provide them if requested.
